At Verified K9 Supplies, we prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure that our products meet high-quality standards. Please carefully review our refund and return policy below:

General Refund Policy

  • No Refunds: Verified K9 Supplies does not offer refunds on most items. However, certain products come with a warranty, and we are happy to assist with warranty claims.

Returns for any Veterinary Immunoassay System

  • 14-Day Return Guarantee: Customers may qualify for a return within 14 days of delivery by agreeing to the following conditions:

    • Work with a Verified K9 Supplies Technician to troubleshoot issues.
    • Watch all provided training videos and review instructions for proper usage of the DB-100 System.
    • Submit videos of your testing process (e.g., blood collection, pipette technique, etc.) for evaluation.
    • Attempt all recommended adjustments suggested by our technicians to resolve issues.
  • Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer is also responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Return Conditions:

    • Items must be undamaged, in original packaging, and include all accessories and tags.
    • Damaged items due to shipping must be reported immediately, and original packaging must be retained.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 days of return inspection. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Warranty Support

  • Some items, such as electrical devices and testing kits, are eligible for warranty claims.
  • If a product is defective, we will work with the manufacturer to repair or replace the item within the warranty period.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for warranty claims.

Items Excluded from Refunds

For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, the following items are non-refundable:

  1. Used or unsealed items (e.g., test kits, supplements).
  2. Devices exposed to blood or bodily fluids (e.g., progesterone testing systems, insemination devices).
  3. Custom or refurbished systems.
  4. Consumables and disposable items.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return and replacement shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
